1979…Linda became a licensed Real Estate agent in Delaware and Pennsylvania and joined Patterson Schwartz.

1985…Earned a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute designation (GRI).

1986…Completed the Broker’s course and attained a Broker’s License.

1987…Became a lifetime member of the New Castle County Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club.

Since 1992…Recognized with a national sales award presented to the top 1% of real estate agents across the nation by an Association of Independent Brokers.

1995…Formed a team to ensure superior service to present and future clients. Husband, John Felicetti joins the team as a partner.

Since 1995…Attends national real estate conventions and seminars to stay on the cutting edge of tools and technology to benefit our clients.

2002…Elected as Director to the New Castle County Board of Realtors.

2002…Cori Ingram joins the team as Closings and Client Care Manager.

2004…Mark Felicetti and Brian Angelucci join the team as Buyer Partners.

2005-2008…Received National Sales Award given by The Realty Alliance Group.

2007…Elected as President Elect of the New Castle County Board of Realtors.

2008…Elected as President of the New Castle County Board of Realtors.

Building a team to ensure that all my clients and customers receive the utmost service was a goal that took several years to perfect. First, I had to convince my husband, John, to join me in the real estate business – I knew it would be a firm foundation on which we could build.

Second, we had to find just the right people to support us – people that share the same work ethic that John and I have. We are very fortunate that the outcome exceeded our expectations!

John Felicetti
Business and Listing Manager

John joined me after many years of operating his own businesses. Today, his main role is one of managing the business aspect of our real estate team; keeping the team current with new computer technology and overseeing the maintenance of our website by adding new links that will serve our clients’ needs. John is licensed and always on hand to tour or show properties or handle any task to continually service our buyers and sellers.

Cori Ingram
Closing Manager

Cori became a very valuable member of the team in 2002 and currently has over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry. She previously worked as a paralegal for a local real estate attorney, and brings an abundance of knowledge to the position of Closing Manager.

Cori’s attention to detail ensures that all aspects of the closing are handled promptly and in a timely manner. Always ready to go the “extra mile,” Cori works hard to make certain that all of our clients enjoy a smooth closing process. She continues to provide support even after the settlement as it is her pleasure to assist you!

Mark Felicetti
Buyer Partner / Listing Coordinator

Mark is a graduate of the University of Delaware and has many years of experience in customer service. Mark keeps up with the latest happenings in the market and provides our buyers with all of the information they will need to make a knowledgeable decision on the purchase of a home. Mark also assists our Sellers in the set-up of the listing and preparation of advertisements and brochures.

Brian Angelucci
Buyer Partner

Brian also works with buyers and has a background in construction which allows him added insight into the buying and home inspection processes. He uses all of the tools available to assist our clients with finding the right home. Brian has a vast knowledge of the market area and gives his full attention and expertise to the needs of his clients.
