• Prepare a brochure to be placed in your home that potential Buyers can take that provides information about the property.
• A full-color postcard highlighting your home sent to your community and/or targeted areas for potential Buyers.
• Full color flyers highlighting your home emailed and hand-delivered to other real estate agents throughout the market area.
• Print advertisements in community news publications in New Castle County, Delaware and Chester County, Pennsylvania.
• Access to your own individual Web based Service Report to review your home’s marketing activities and feedback information from agents that have shown your home.
